Use Cases / Supplier List Analysis

Analyze Any Supplier List

Got a price list from a supplier? Upload it. We'll tell you exactly which products are worth buying.

What You Need

Just a CSV or Excel file from your supplier. Most supplier lists include:

  • Product codes: EAN, UPC, or ISBN — we need at least one of these
  • Wholesale prices: What you'd pay the supplier
  • Product names: Optional, but helpful for your reference

That's it. We handle the rest — matching to Amazon, pulling prices, calculating fees, and showing you profit.

We've seen lists with 50 products and lists with 50,000. Upload whatever you have.

1

2

We match to Amazon

We convert your product codes to Amazon ASINs — automatically finding what exists on the marketplace.

3

We pull live prices

4

We calculate all fees

FBA fees, referral fees, storage — every Amazon charge, calculated accurately.

5

We show your profit

Real profit per unit: what you keep after Amazon takes their cut.

6

We flag the risks

Competition, sales rank, restrictions — see which products might cause problems.

How We Calculate Profit

Simple math, but we do it accurately:

Your Profit = Amazon Selling Price

- What you pay the supplier

- FBA fees (pick, pack, ship)

- Referral fee (Amazon's cut, 8-15%)

- Other costs (storage, prep, shipping)

Example: Product sells for $25 on Amazon. Supplier charges you $10. Amazon fees total $8. You keep $7 per unit — that's a 28% margin. We show you this for every product in your list.
